Kosher chicken recipe – STUFFED KOSHER CHICKEN NECK

Ingredients for kosher gourmet food:

1. Kosher chicken or goose fat
2. Skin from a kosher chicken, goose or duck neck
3. Flour
4. Garlic clove
5. Pistachios
6. Onions
7. Dry basil leaves
8. Rosemary
9. Small carrots
10. Small potatoes

Cooking method for keeping kosher, according to kosher recipe chicken:
